		<description>So true, normally we need to have a warm up exercise first before indulging on big workout such as push ups. Some would rather choose alternative workout to lose weight and burn fat instead of using some weight machine and use equipment that would harm them from accident. However, I seen dumbbells very comfortable and safe if and only if it’s just in appropriate size that could lift comfortably than those big one. However, aside from that, you could have other walkout that need to spend 30-60 minutes only, which is walking daily.</description>
