    Hello IDH Team,

    I just finished listening to your first 2 shows and an hour on my elliptical. I have to say that I would not have been able to complete it had I not been listening to you. This was my first time doing an hour. Most of the time I do 20 to 30 minutes and can’t wait to get off it. I really loved your shows, and I just hope that you guys continue sharing your knowledge with us. It was very entertaining, and the first time I could relate 100% to everything that was said in a health related show. Please keep up the good work. I can’t wait for show # 3.
