Bette Calman is a shining example of the benefits physical and mental discipline can have on your life. At 83, Bette is a yoga instructor who easily puts most of us to shame.

Bette has been teaching Yoga for over 40 years and continues to this day.

In this picture you see Bette in the Peacock Pose, her entire body weight is transferred to the upper body. Quite amazing.

Bette shows us all that discipline can have tremendous benefits both mentally and physically. What an inspiration!
