		<description>Good article.  It&#039;s important to eat well in order to stave off the inevitable loss of muscle mass one will face over the age of 50.  That said, it&#039;s equally important to incorporate some strength training into one&#039;s life, 2-3 days per week, to enable those foods (and others) to protect that muscle mass.  Muscles fed but left unused, will still atrophy.

RE: Antioxidants.  Though this does not relate (directly) to muscle mass lost, the number one food stuff in the world&#039;s pantry containing antioxidants?  Coffee.  This according to 3 separate studies I am familiar with, the most notable being from The University Of Scranton.</description>
