Ab workout exercises

Check out these ab exercises from Craig over at Turbulence Training.
I’m going to give these a go tomorrow after work. I gave my exercise ball to Mum so I might have to head on down to the shops and buy a new one!

I love all of these exercises! I think a great rule of thumb for these (and for most exercises for that matter), is to hold one’s muscular extensions and contractions for a 2-count. I find there is great utility in this practice which translates well to everyday life. That is, in life when one is drawing on core strength, one is more apt to have to hold postures, or to hold things in place for periods of time longer than the typical in/out method we see practiced so often performing repetitions in the gym. Just a thought :-)
