		<description>True.  There is no exercise, no scheme, no nothin&#039; that will bolster one&#039;s metabolism better than interval sprints done regualrly.  Take caution at first though, if you&#039;re not acustomed to these, they can deplete your energy significantly until you get a few sprint sessions under your belt -- then the body recovers stronger, better prepared.  Sprints work.</description>
