		<description>Mixed feelings on this one.  Mother Theresa probably never asked for &quot;me&quot; time.  Sometimes I think my life is all about &quot;me&quot; time.  Then I step back and think I, too, don&#039;t get enough of it.  It&#039;s a blurry line for me these days.

I will say that those who live near the ocean are privy to a special blessing.  I&#039;m in that group and nothing, NOTHING is more grounding -- nor more humbling, than standing at the edge of the great ocean Pacific.  No matter what, I make time to do this each week -- each day when I can, and that time always makes me better at whatever I choose to do next.</description>
