		<description>I know this doesn&#039;t relate to fitness Sal, but if you have not already, you might consider reading the Confucian analects and the Tao Te Ching.  Oh wait, those are the best fitness books ever written.  In sincerity, studying Easter philosophy and Eastern religion, even if I do not wholly subscribe to them, have helped me a great deal in shedding the gravity of that which I can not control.  

There is a picture out there, much larger than the immediacy in which we and the media are able to focus in 2 minute news bites.  The world is struggling, but some how, the world keeps turning, and with each turn, there is the necessity to fulfill our day as best we can.

Now lets talk about lunges :-)</description>
