Hi Roy,
That's a very good way of looking at it. Sometimes it can be a real struggle to start but I usually feel good once I'm up and about :)

Funny, I own a gym -- at my house no less, and I stil come up with the excuse every so often that, "I'm too tired" at the end of the day to workout. Then I remeber that little steps provide energy for bigger steps. Bigger steps provide energy for even bigger steps, and so on. Pretty soon, a tired man, at the end of the day, is taking giant steps.

I so wish the world would recognize that -- that just getting started, just those first few steps, can pave the way to feeling much better.

I can't remember to do it.

I've even worked out routines that I can do while watching TV and surfing the internet. But do I remember? No. So forgetting is really the only excuse I've got.
