Ballet Dance Workout

I don’t know about you but I get bored pretty quickly when doing the same workout for any period of time.
This video from diet.com looks like fun, think I might give it a go tomorrow. It has Tyler Duckworth from MTV Real World Key West showing some ballet inspired dance moves.

Funny, I have done a full plie after every set of lunges I have done going back 20 years — it’s one of my favorite stretches, and feels so good on the inner thighs. It’s no coincidence that I do these, have great flexibility, and have never had any type of leg injury. My daughter constantly teases me about it, but in the end, I can do it and she can’t. Kills me to say it, being an American male and all, but ballet is GREAT exercise! True. Thanks Sal.
