I have received a few emails from readers asking why I stopped my daily random stumble posts.
I guess the best answer is that I didn’t realize people were enjoying them! So I’ve decided to start the stumbles once again. Feel free to check them out and if you haven’t already joined, head on over to StumbleUpon and sign up :)
Today’s stumble is all about 6 snacks that help kick your mind into gear. Some of my favorite foods are in the list including berries, chicken, pineapple, avocado and chocolate…Yum!

Interesting find, particularly the bit about stress hormones depleting magnesium, leading to hypertension. I could’ve used that info in my younger days.

License to eat popcorn at bed time — I’m diggin’ it. Sincerely, this was a great post — especially for foods relating to mood and depression. Increased in salmon will be my new standard. Thanks!
