I have been thinking about making my own energy bars for some time now so was very happy to see Marks Daily Apple has a recipe!

It looks really easy to make although some of the ingredients might not be available at your local store but probably from a health shop instead.

The key ingredients include almonds, pecans, shredded coconut, honey and dried blueberries…yum!
