		<description>I applaud you. I occasionally run into people who want some magical workout plan that will &quot;shed inches in just hours&quot;. I do my best but it&#039;s really hard to tell them and, even more so, convince them that until they decided to do it and start doing something, anything - no matter how imperfect, nothing I say will help.
I even struggle with that reality myself and I actually enjoy working out.</description>

		<description>This is awesome! You&#039;re completely right, in my experience. I was a pretty good long-distance runner for quite a while--but it was never fun. When we hear, &quot;You&#039;ll enjoy it, really!&quot; and then we don&#039;t, we feel like we&#039;ve done something wrong. We must be crappy exercisers. 

I like your honest take: it&#039;s not going to be a blast, but that doesn&#039;t mean it&#039;s not worth it. And this can apply to so many areas in life, like personal finance and simplicity. Failure is okay, as  long as you make sure it&#039;s a temporary condition and not a permanent label you give yourself.  Really great ideas here.</description>
