Update – Ann looks terrific

Hi ihealth readers,
I just wanted to give you all a quick update on Ann, our regular contributor who is sharing her health journey with us.
We haven’t seen Ann in about 4 weeks and finally managed to catch-up for dinner tonight.
From the moment she opened her front door to greet us we were blown away! Ann looks fantastic. We could tell straight away that she has lost weight, her face looks much thinner and her overall appearance is one of a much happier lady.
We had a lovely meal and I noted that both Ann and her partner, Trev really took care in what they prepared and how much they ate.
It’s so lovely to see the transformation in Ann and she was so pleased at our reaction to seeing her and I think I even detected something in Ann I haven’t see before, pride. She is proud of herself and I think that in itself is a huge achievement.
So all I have to say is, Go Girl!
I think at some stage we are going to have to post some pics of Ann as she continues her health journey, that’s if I can convince her of course ;)
