30 Minute Circuit Challenge

This video from http://www.turbulencetraining.com looks interesting and I’m going to give it a go tomorrow. If you are interested in participating feel free to drop us a line via the comments and we can all compare results!
It’s a 30 minute challenging circuit that uses no equipment or weights; just your own bodyweight! The circuit is to be completed as many times as possible within 30 minutes.
There are a few exercises I won’t be doing including the chin ups due to lack of equipment (plus I struggle doing them!) but most of the routines should be achievable for home workouts. Good Luck!
