Congratulations on getting out there and making a positive change!

Walking is an excellent form of exercise.  Infact, a recent contestant on The Biggest Loser Australia who was unable to do any other exercise apart from walking due to a serious heart condition lost over 103 pounds.  Pretty cool!

		<description>Nice video - very well done.  I&#039;m 48 and 30 lbs over weight.  I used to run and work out in my 20s and 30s.  I walk a lot now and have lost about 6 lbs out of the 30 I need to lose.  It&#039;s no fun have extra weight.</description>
