Sleep – How Much Makes You Fat?

Liz Harper Fitness has an interesting post on the link between sleep and obesity which is worth reading.
It’s a snowball effect really. The more weight you put on, the less energy you have so you sleep. You wake up tired and the whole thing starts over again.
It can be really hard breaking this routine and I speak from experience when I say that getting your required amount of sleep can be challenging, especially as you get older.
