Shoulder mobility

If you sit in front of your computer for long periods as I do, you will know just how sore and tight your shoulders can become. Often, the soreness will begin to creep down to your back which can make working quite uncomfortable. When your shoulders are tight, you will often notice a decrease in mobility.
This video goes through a few exercises that will help with shoulder mobility and will also improve posture which should help to stop this soreness.
I have to say though, the last exercise is a little challenging. Granted, I have terrible co-ordination at times so you might not find it as challenging ;)
